Ola JoAnne Miller

Ola "JoAnne" Crawford -Miller passed away peacefully at her home in Tabernash, Co. on July 1 2019.
Born on October 21, 1948 in Salmon, Idaho she joined siblings Nancy, Mike, Pat and Jack and Sister Wendy would join the family exactly one year later brothers Ralph and Rick would complete the Crawford family. JoAnne graduated from Bonners Ferry High where she was introduced to sewing displaying  a natural talent for this trade JoAnne was a seamstress all her life.
Soon after graduation, she married Claude Grove having the first of four children Claudia joe and Glen"Daniel' Grove. Following their divorce, she moved to the Coeur d’ Alene Idaho  area, working as a seamstress for French Cleaners when Patricia Colleen was born in 1976 Telling others Patricia is my gift to this world. Joanne was a single mother supporting her children on 2.30$ a hour. Until JoAnne married and re-married Bill Riplinger in 1979  Nancy Marlen Kathleen was born out of the twinkle of JoAnnes eye. Tired of being cold all the time, JoAnne packed up the old purple station wagon with 20 quarts of oil, four kids and lots of enthusiasm and moved to Las Vegas, NV. To sew for Circus Circus and Karldlin Dolls.  Several years later, JoAnne out on a Friday night when  asked to dance and swept of her feet found the  "snowman" in the middle of the desert .JoAnne married Raymond Miller and his two children Brain and Leslie Miller and brother Jeff Emery. Together, they moved to Tabernash,Co. Where they recently celebrated over 29 years of marriage and maintained a constant unconditionally family of love that will live on.
 Ola 'JoAnne" Miller  our matriarch is survived by daughters Claudia husband Ronald Saterfiel and Patricia Grove and Teresa Grove. Nancy Riplinger  husband Tim Zamora and Leslie husband James Sheppard. Survived by sons Jeff Emery and Brian wife Jen Miller. Survived by Grandchildren Ronald "Lee"  and Tim Saterfeil. Sara, Rebecca husband Jordan Womack, Mitchell wife Kayla and Brandon Grove,  Austin Ortibez wife Melissa and Landin White . Annastazya, Alyssa and Isaiah Zamora and Rudy Riplinger. Adriana and husband Charles Dollar. Joshua and wife Karri Shepherd. Survived by Great grandchildren Charle Saterfeil , Atticus and Silas Dollar. Madison, Callie, Brennley Grove. Vincent and Vinnie Shepard. Anthony, Sarina, Bailey, Kensington Womack, Chance and Lane and Baby Ortibez. Many many nieces and nephews.
Proceeded in death by father and mother, Stuart Crawford, Colleen White, sister Nancy Rosco and brothers Mike, Jack, Ralph and Richard Crawford. She will be reunited with son Glen Daniel who passed unexpectedly last year and brought her great sadness.  Rest in peace JoAnne, we will all join you in time.
