Condolence: I knew Larry during the Vanning part of his life, its been a while since we talked.
Larry left behind impressions in the vanning community that occasionally are still the topic around the camp fire, he will not be forgotten!
Janet & family, Your soul will eventually find peace and comfort, until then please accept my deepest condolences for your loss.

Condolence: Well what to say! As a child I remember loving when uncle Larry and aunt Janet would come back to iowa. We had the most fun and i always thought he was the "coolest" around, no one had an uncle like our uncle Larry! The times we went to Colorado were always so magical and beautiful!
So many memories I can't even begin to start, but one sticks with me often...Every time I am driving and come up behind a slow driver, in my head I always always hear his voice "it's the skinny pedal on the right" 😉 Times will not be the same without him here in his human form but boy oh boy is he accomplishing so much in the beautiful spiritual world!
Aunt heart has been crying for you, you guys were definitely an amazing role model for absolute true love and devotion! The love you to share is one in a million. Hold it dear and be grateful. I love you both to the moon and back!!

Condolence: Where can you even begin when remembering a man like Larry? Would you say he was one of the funniest guys you had ever met, one of the most caring, the best fisherman or hunter, the best uncle, husband, brother? To me he was all of the above. He was an amazing man who would always bring a smile to your face. He touched the lives of everyone that had the pleasure of knowing him in so many ways. For me personally, I've always looked up to Larry. He was bigger than life but down to earth. Everyone was drawn to him. I will truly miss you more than you will ever know, and I hope the fish are biting in heaven.

Condolence: Where to begin, THANK YOU Larry. You had the patience to put up with funny talking Boston city boy who knew nothing about the mountains, and taught me much about how special the Rockies are. As he would always quote del from Jeremiah Johnson " the alps is mere hills" and just laugh. Thank you for introducing me to my wife ( no really, thanks) and for being my best man. Thank you for being my one of my best friends and a brother. The things you taught me and the times we had together will last forever, and that is the greatest gift. . Janet, thank you for always being the best, your friendship is a lifesaver. You guys looked out for me when I needed it most. It was always nice to know that I had a port in the storm. . Janet, Gary, Patti, and the rest of Larry's family: I hope you can go through this time with peace and much love from family and friends, Love you all

Condolence: Janet "mom" Ruth held it all together when I came to photograph her memories for you all before her leaving us. She held it together until she spoke of her wedding ring and passing it onto you- Not only had she shared one of her most precious sons with you but now she was leaving her treasure from Art. None of us will ever know why she chose Larry to be with them this early in his life- but I hope you will always know how happy you made him and her too! I am sure if ever anyone could speak from the other side- you will be hearing from him. Wishing you many happy memories. xox
